Lilly Pearson is Ceiba’s Manager of Operations and Engagement in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. She oversees the day-to-day office operations, updates Ceiba’s online platforms, manages the volunteer program, promotes Ceiba’s courses and conservation programs, and leads grant-writing and public outreach efforts. |

Raina Chinitz is Ceiba’s Administrative Assistant. She supports operations related to office management, study abroad programs, the Seeds of Sustainability grant program, fundraising, and applying for grants. |

María José Rendón is the Education Programs Coordinator, based in the Lalo Loor Dry Forest Reserve in Ecuador. She leads environmental education programs in local communities, supervises interns and volunteers, coordinates partnerships with educators and educational institutions, and facilitates scientific research in the regions where Ceiba works. |

Domenica Gutierrez is our Projects Coordinator in Ecuador. She supervises field staff and oversees Ceiba’s conservation and community development projects engaging with landowners, communities, local governments, conservation partners and other stakeholders. |

Eva Whitney is our Communications Coordinator in our Madison, WI office. She creates and shares updates about Ceiba’s work via our newsletter and social media, and is responsible for engaging a wide community of alumni, donors, stakeholders and other audiences in Ceiba’s mission. |

Mariela Loor is Ceiba’s legal representative in Ecuador. She is responsible for annual reporting, contractual agreements, and human resources in Ecuador. She is also the manager of the Lalo Loor Reserve! |
