We’re so excited that you’ll be joining us in Ecuador this spring!

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Ceiba Foundation Tropical Conservation Semester in Ecuador.  Please fill out this form completely in order to confirm your enrollment in the program by the deadline indicated in your acceptance letter.  Please note, you cannot save this form so make sure to gather all information needed before you fill it out. All fields marked with an asterisk are required.  Please see the Preparing To Go checklist for other steps to prepare for your trip!

As you check items off the Preparing to Go list, please keep an eye on your email for updates about key events like the Pre-Departure Orientation, and any other program details we need to pass along.  For now, make sure you have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return; getting a passport can take up to 8 weeks, so if you need a new one or have to replace yours, it’s best to get started right away!
