The application form for the 2026 Seeds of Sustainability grants will open April 15, 2026 and close May 15, 2026.
Guidelines:
- Please be sure you are eligible before applying.
- Proposals may only be submitted via the online application. No mail or email submissions accepted.
- Proposals and all supporting documents MUST be in English or Spanish, or translated into one of these languages
- You may save your data and return to the form later, but it must be completed within 30 days.
