Thank you for your interest in the Ceiba Foundation’s Volunteer Program! Please note, the application is a two step process.

Step 1: Complete the Volunteer Application Form and pay the $25 application fee

Step 2: Submit your CV or resume to the Volunteer Coordinator

You cannot save this form and return to it later, and may not edit responses after submitting. After submitting the form, make sure to send us a copy of your CV or resume as well as a color scan of your passport. Please have your information ready prior to filling out the form. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. We charge a $25 application fee which can be paid upon submitting the form. If you have trouble with this step, please contact us for another method of payment.

Why do we charge a non-refundable application fee? It takes a fair amount of administrative work to manage the volunteer program and prepare for the arrival of a volunteer. Unfortunately, some volunteers that apply and are accepted cancel at the last minute or never show up, so these administrative costs are borne whether the volunteer joins us or not. Thus we charge for administration of volunteers up front.
